RLU as one of the biggest plantations in Borneo, needed to control all of the offline working employee which spreads in some places. We are assigned to build one which is close to complete HRIS system. HRIS is an integrated system that deals with human resource management policies, sources of corporate income, and employment payroll. HRIS includes software that has several functions such as corporate databases recruitment, training, human resources reporting, to management and benefits.
